We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were very content with all the services and amenities. First of all, the family room-house was amazing. Two-floored, very clean, very comfortable with two bathrooms and two balconies, one of which had a jacuzzi. The food exceeded all expectations. All the food was perfectly cooked, there was an incredible variety for all tastes and the quality was excellent. There were three restaurants with a different menu in the buffets each time. Very positive that there were many traditional foods. We were very satisfied, whatever we ate was perfectly cooked. The desserts could be better. Every day they had the same desserts. with the exception of 1-2 that were traditional Greek desserts, the rest were limited to mousses and cakes, indifferent to our tastes. The ice cream was of very average quality compared to the ice cream you generally find anywhere else in Greece outside hotels. We were very satisfied with the snacks they had at the bars, during the hours when the restaurants were closed. The crepes that were made at the bars during these hours were also very good. The cocktails that were also offered were also good even if they were basic. Regarding the sea and the pools, the sea was very clean with sand on the beach. The only negative was that entering the sea was difficult due to the large stones in the first few meters. Especially on days when there were waves, entering the sea was even more difficult, impossible if you had to hold a small child in your arms. It would be good if they had some kind of corridor with sandbags to go in L ike there are on other beaches. The pools were very nicely designed, the children went crazy playing. The most important thing was that they had lifeguards all the time. The activities such as gymnastics in the pool and the various games for the children in the pools were also very nice. For the children there was also the possibility to stay with the animators between 15.00 and 17.

The All-inclusive package won't leave you hungry or thirsty at any time of the day. We gained weight but we enjoyed it. At our surprise, we had a private pool in our room which was a nice addition to our overall wonderful experience. We would like to express our deep gratitude and thanks to all Kiani Beach Resort Staff members who made from our stay an unforgettable one and would like to specifically mention the following situations and persons: Although we arrived 4 hours earlier than the normal check-in time, Ms. Jelena Vukovic (Operations & Front Office Manager) welcomed us warmly saying: "You are already our guests". Ms. Evangelia (Reception) handed us the all-inclusive bracelets and offered us to start enjoying all the resort's facilities until the room is ready. This gave us a great first impression about the level of Hospitality and Warmth at the Resort. As we were exploring the resort, we met Mr. Thodoris (Operations Manager) who respectfully saluted us, shaked hands, presented himself and thanked us for choosing the resort for our stay. Each time we met him afterwards, he had something delicious to offer us to eat or drink, be it a cocktail high tea, or a hot fresh crepe. Such a great welcoming manager, always smiling and showing respect to his guests. Ms. Katherina (Marketing Manager) invited us to join a high tea cocktail, which we thought was held for a special event. She told us: "You are special", and spent a lot of time talking to us and even suggesting things to do in Chania outside the resort. This shows that she genuinly cares about her guests satisfaction even if that means going out of the resort which litteraly provides everything but we followed her advice and explored Chania's venetian Harbor and we didn't regret it. We also experienced first class Guest Relationship through Ms. Modesta who helped us in arranging all the transfers outside the resort.

We stayed 6 days at Kiani beach resort in August. It was a family holidays with our two daughters ( 8 and 6 years old). It was a so peaceful holidays that I can only thanks the whole staff. We had small maisonnette on the garden with a small see view. It was really quiet and with a really high level of comfort. It was modern and really clean room. Regarding facilities the hotel is doing really great with two sites (north and south). Two swimming pools ( one have three 50m lines) . The access to the beach is instant. We can only complain that the beach is small but the water is warm and transparent so it’s really great. For food, the hotel provides a lot of different dishes and you can have healthy foods every day. Kids can have French potatoes, nuggets or pastas if they want. For cocktails, I would like to thanks Aggeliki for her kindness and good drinks she provided us. As a nutshell it was a really really pleasant stay, it worth every single penny. Comfort facilities was really high, team is really kind and the hotel should spend more on animation / spectacles to reach the best in class

Our holiday was exceptional from start to finish. We arrived very early in the morning and were still greeted warmly by the staff. Our room was decorated with a birthday banner, balloons, party hats and whistles for my birthday as it happened to be during the stay at the resort. We were unknowningly also upgraded to a room with a jet bath in the terrace. The room was spacious and big enough for 5 people with all the facilities required. Breakfast, lunch and dinners buffet were abundant and varied on a day-to-day basis. Child and adult activities throughout the day was always entertaining. Pools were never overly crowded and neither were the bars. Staff were always very friendly and ready to assist. We were also allowed to stay at the resort and continue using all the facilities until it was time to leave the resort for our late night flight. I would not recommend it enough!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is fantastic for families with young kids. Our daughter spent the whole day splashing in the pool and absolutely loved the kids' entertainment. The food was amazing and varied. Chef Anessi at Kiani2 was outstanding. He ensured the food was always fresh and delicious. The team of animators was energetic and truly dedicated to entertaining the guests. I especially enjoyed the great vibes during the Zumba classes with Michelle. Upon our departure, we found a sweet farewell note from reception along with some treats in the fridge. What a lovely touch! The cleaning service was excellent. Our cleaning lady was very kind and did a superb job keeping our room tidy and spotless.
